APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The right to bring any civil or criminal actions deemed necessary for the improper use of the Website and Contents is reserved.
The relationship between the User and the Data Controller shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any controversy arise regarding interpretation and/or application, the parties shall submit their conflicts to ordinary jurisdiction, submitting to the corresponding judges and courts according to law.
